Paying Your Account
There are a number of ways you can pay your Cradle Mountain Water account.
Online
You can pay online through Service Tasmania. Please quote the Biller Code and Reference Number located on your account.
Mail
Detach the payment slip and complete credit card details, or send a cheque payable to Cradle Mountain Water to :

In Person
Pay with cash, credit card or cheque at one of our Customer Service Centres listed below.

- 17 Orr Street, Queenstown
Alternatively, you can pay at any Australia Post or Service Tasmania branch.
BPay
Contact your financial institution to make a payment from your nominated account. Please quote the Biller Code and Reference Number located on your account.
Post BPay
In person at any post office.
Direct Debit
To arrange a direct debit, please download and complete the Direct Debit Request Form or call us on 13MYWATER (13 6992).
Centrepay
Centrepay is a free direct bill-paying service offered to customers receiving payments from Centrelink. Through Centrepay you can choose to pay bills by having a regular amount deducted from your Centrelink payment.
