Cradle Mountain Water acknowledges that we've had our fair share of challenges, however we are optimistic about the future of water and sewerage services in North West Tasmania. Our new Price and Service Plan details the range of services we will proivde to our customers, what we will charge for those services and how we will maintain and improve those services.
We think it is important for our customers to understand the positive changes that will result from the implementation of the Price and Service Plan. We are communicating these changes through advertisements in the local newspaper and a brochure that will be posted to every customer during the quarter July to September 2012.
