Expressions of Interest
Cradle Mountain Water invites Expressions of Interest from experience organisations for the following project located in Rosebery, West Coast Tasmania:
Rosebery Wastewater Treatment Plant - Design & Construction
CMW plans to construct a wastewater treatment plant at Rosebery, Tasmania which is to be fully constructed and commissioned to provide delivery of sewage treatment services to the township by June 2015. Rosebery has a population of approximately 1032 people with 704 rateable properties connected to the existing sewer network.
Expressions of Interest are requested from specialist & experienced engineering organisations who are interested in submitting a tender proposal for a design and construct for the Rosebery Wastewater Treatment Plant project. Following the assessment of the EOI, a selected list will be prepared and these companies will be invited to lodge a full tender proposal.
The EOI shall provide an overview of the organisations capabilities and experience in the discrete disciplines of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical / instrumentation and process design of Wastewater Treatment Plants.
The applicant will need to demonstrate a firm understanding for the basis of their selection of the preferred plant design option and the capability to undertake the Rosebery Wastewater Treatment Plant project which is in a high rainfall and distant location on the West Coast of Tasmania.
A consultant’s brief to assist with the preparation of EOI submissions for the Rosebery Waste Water Treatment Plant Concept Design – Consultants Brief will be provided upon application to the Project Manager by emailing david.krushka@cmwater.com.au.
The EOI submission for Wastewater Treatment Plant design option must not exceed 20 pages. EOI submissions shall include additional information describing the applicant organisation demonstrating the capabilities to ensure best practice design and construction principles apply.
The closing date for submissions is 5:00 pm, Monday 29th April May 2013. EOI submissions must be mailed and emailed to:
