When to contact us
Please contact Cradle Mountain Water for concerns including:
- connecting to our systems
- water quality
- bursts and leaks
- customer service issues, such as water pressure
- sewer blockages in our systems
- location of pipes and sewerage systems before digging
- water and sewerage emergencies
You should continue to contact your plumber for advice about water supply within your boundaries. This may include advice on leaking taps or pipes, blocked drains, sewer blockages, rusted or dirty pipes, hot water issues or instaling sinks or toilets.
You won't need to register with Cradle Mountain Water or change anything about your connection unless requested.
