Billing and Payment Information
There are a number of ways you can pay your Cradle Mountain Water account.
Online
You can choose to pay online through Service Tasmania. Please quote the Biller Code and Reference Number located on your account.
Detach the payment slip and complete credit card details or send a cheque payable to Cradle Mountain Water to:
Phone
Telephone Service Tasmania on 1300 729 859. Quote the Biller Code and Reference Number located on your account.
In Person
Pay with cash, a credit card or cheque at Australia Post or Service Tasmania centres.
BPay
Contact your financial institution to make a payment from your nominated account. Please quote the Biller Code and Reference Number located on the back of the account.
Post Billpay
In person at any post office.
Direct Debit
To arrange a direct debit please download and complete the below form or call us on 13MYWATER (13 6992).
Centrepay
Centrepay is a free direct bill-paying service offered to customers receiving payments from Centrelink. Through Centrepay you can choose to pay bills by having a regular amount deducted from your Centrelink payment.
