Cradle Mountain Water

Tasmanian Water and Sewerage Corporation (North Western Region) Pty Ltd, trading as Cradle Mountain Water, has been formed as part of the State Government’s reform of the Tasmanian water industry. Two other regional water and sewerage corporations have also been formed (Ben Lomond Water & Southern Water), along with a common services provider (Onstream).

As of 1 July 2009 water and sewerage assets, activities and employees were transferred to Cradle Mountain Water from these entities:

As part of the Shareholder's Letter of Expectation, Cradle Mountain Water will return dividends to its owner councils in the north western and west regions.

This Letter Of Expecation is issued by the Shareholders of the Tasmanian Water and Sewer Corporation North-Western Region Pty Ltd and the purpose is to communicate their high-level performance expectations and strategic priorities to the Board of the Corporation.
