How do the changes affect your water and sewerage charges?
For most customers, charges will increase by $50 or 10% per service with the exception of Burnie's fixed water charge and usage which will be $75 or 10%. The tables below compares the minimum price for water and sewerage services and water usage for last year with the new charges from 1 July 2012. The table at the bottom of the page indicates the variation in price and the average total cost per day.
