New Customer Connections Charges
Cradle Mountain Water (CMW) has implemented a new pricing schedule for new customer connections. These prices apply only to:
- Properties that have not previously been connected to CMW infrastructure;
- Properties connected to CMW infrastructure but have not previously been charged a tariff; and
- Properties where the predominate use of the property has changed.
Schedule of Charges - Water Services
Water service charges comprise two parts - a fixed charge, which is based on the size of the water connection to the property; and a volumetric component based on the actual metered use of water at the property.

Schedule of Charges - Sewerage Services
Sewerage service charges are calculated on a single fixed charge based on the number of Equivalent Tenaments (ET) on the property. Note - a single residential property is one ET.

Schedule of Charges - Unconnected Serviced Land
Land which falls within the serviced land boundary, but which is not connected to Cradle Mountain Water infrastructure, will be subject to the following charges:
