Customer Charter
Cradle Mountain Water has developed the Corporation's first Customer Charter.
The aim of the Customer Charter is to document and explain how we conduct business with our customers, and outline processes and responsibilities. The Charter explains the rights and responsibilities of our customers and Cradle Mountain Water's commitment to providing safe and reliable water, sewerage and trade waste services.
