Not For Profit Community Organisations Rebate Program
The Not-For-Profit Community Organisations Rebate program replaces all former arrangements for charges of water and sewerage services between Local Councils and the numerous not-for-profit community organisations in the North West region. All previous arrangements conclude on 30 June 2012 and Cradle Mountain Water (CMW) will introduce the Not-For-Profit Community Organisations Rebate Program.

Not-for-Profit community organisations and groups will need to re-apply to the program prior to the end of each financial year. The rebate percentage is also subject to annual review. Applications received after the 30 June 2012 that meet the assessment criteria will have the rebate applied on a pro rata basis from the date the application was received.
Dialysis Patients
Home dialysis patients may claim a remission of charges for up to 50kL per quarter. Please contact Cradle Mountain Water on 13MYWATER (13 6992) to apply for this remission.
Water Leak Rebate
If you receive a higher than average water usage charge as a result of a concealed water leak, Cradle Mountain Water may provide you with a rebate of up to 50% of the amount over your average bill. To claim the rebate you will need to provide Cradle Mountain Water with written evidence that the leak has been repaired by a licensed plumber. Cradle Mountain Water allows 1 rebate per property for the duration of ownership.
