Land Information Requests
When considering the purchase of a property, an application for a Land Information Request (56ZQ) provides valuable information concerning the location of water and sewerage infrastructure.
A Land Information Request (56ZQ) can be made by a Solicitor acting on behalf of a purchaser or by the purchaser themselves.

Amalgamations
When customers choose to amalgamate multiple property titles under one Property Identifer Descriptor (PID), this does not change the way the property will be charged for sewerage and water services. Under an amalgamation, the number of titles does not change regardless of the fact that they fall under one PID. Therefore the number of titles will still determine the number of water and sewerage charges and/or connections.
Adhesions
When customers choose to adhere many titles to form one PID and one property title, the number of titles is subsequently reduced. The basis of charging customers for sewerage and water charges and/or connections would change. Customers who have a number of water or sewerage connections on one title as a result of an adhesion should discuss their charging options with our Customer Service Officers on 13 MYWATER (13 6992).
