Operating License

Please find below our Operating Licence issued by the Tasmanian Economic Regulator and effective from 1 July 2011.

The Operating Licence sets out the terms and conditions with which the Licencee (Cradle Mountain Water) is to comply in owning and operating water & sewerage infrastructure and undertaking Regulated Activities as declared by the Regulator.
