Commercial Services
Our Commercial Services team is responsible for the financial and business management of the corporation. Management, financial & project accounting, economic & business analysis, procurement, knowledge management and information technology all fall under the Commercial Services area.
Customers & Communication
Our customers are our highest priority, and our Customers & Communication team is committed to delivering a high quality and responsive service to our customers. Customer services encompasses everything from the personal customer service at our Customer Service Centres, resolving customer complaints, community consultation, right through to the development and implementation of customer focussed strategies. Communication focuses on protecting the reputation and brand of Cradle Mountain Water by ensuring that our customers, stakeholders and employees are receiving the right messages. Internal and external communication functions include website management, advertising, branding, development of publications, media management and emergency management.
Infrastructure & Regulatory Services
Our Infrastructure and Regulatory Services team comprises the following functions:
Business analysis and modelling, including pricing
Strategic and business needs projects
Stakeholder engagement, including relationship management with Local and State Government, Regulators, local and regional business and industry
Advisory role in risk management, insurance, emergency response, knowledge management, business continuity and audit
Business systems such as the Integrated Management System
Strategic regulatory compliance and reporting, including oversight of the Compliance Implementation Plan (Drinking Water Quality Management Plan, Wastewater Management Plan, Asset Management Plan, Emergency Management Plan)
Operating Licence management
Water and Sewerage Hydraulic Modelling
Asset management
Project management
Capital planning and development, including new projects, renewals and dam safety
GIS development and support
Business plan development including Corporate Plan, and Price and Service Plan
Operations
The Operations team performs those duties associated with ensuring that our customers have access to adequate water and wastewater services. They are responsible for catchment management and the treatment and maintenance of our numerous water supplies. They are also responsible for the collection and treatment of wastewater. Operations has carriage of the corporation's integrated management system and are responsible for the fleet and plant management.
People & Culture
Our employees are an integral part of our corporation so it is important that we provide a good environment and culture within which to work. The People & Culture team deal with human resource issues, industrial relations, occupational health & safety, as well as training & development.
